Customer Group

This form is used to manage customer group data.

User permissions
Access for this form (create, update, delete, duplicate) can be configured from the General → User Role List menu.
Initial focus when creating data
Field Code will receive focus first.
Sorting order
Records are sorted by Code.
List print template
Adjust the list print layout via General → Print Layout using Design Group = customergrouplist.

Posting Account

The posting account section contains several inputs that end users can populate:

  • Accounts Receivable
    The accounts receivable input is required.. The accounts receivable input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • This field searches table account (form Chart of Accounts). Open the dropdown, type a keyword, and pick the desired record.
  • Reward Expense
    The reward expense input is required.. The reward expense input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • This field searches table account (form Chart of Accounts). Open the dropdown, type a keyword, and pick the desired record.
  • Sales Discount
    The sales discount input is required.. The sales discount input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • This field searches table account (form Chart of Accounts). Open the dropdown, type a keyword, and pick the desired record.
  • Gain/Loss on Receivable Write-off
    The gain/loss on receivable write-off input is required.. The gain/loss on receivable write-off input can be used as a filter on the main list form..

  • Sales Discount
    The sales discount input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • Options are loaded from table salesdiscrules (form Sales Discount Rules). The default value follows the Role User form, but you can choose another item. You may select more than one option.
  • Product Gift
    The product gift input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • Options are loaded from table salesproductrewardrules (form Gift Reward Rules). The default value follows the Role User form, but you can choose another item. You may select more than one option.
  • Points
    The points input can be used as a filter on the main list form..

  • Created By
    This input is read-only and only displays data from system.. The created by input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • This field shows the user code that created the record and is filled automatically.
  • Modified By
    This input is read-only and only displays data from system.. The modified by input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • This field shows the user code that last modified the record and is filled automatically.
  • Last Modified
    This input is read-only and only displays data from system.. The last modified input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • This field displays a timestamp that is populated automatically.

The additional fields section contains several inputs that end users can populate:

  • Customer
    • Add Customer entries via the [+ New] action (or [+] icon on mobile). The dialog that appears contains the fields described in Customer.

    • This field captures a date. It defaults to today, and you can select another date from the picker or type it manually.
  • Image
    • Use this field to add, replace, or delete an image/photo. Images may come from local files, pasted URLs, or the device camera. After the preview appears you can resize or adjust it, then click [Upload image to server] to upload before closing the dialog.
    • Allowed formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .webp · Target size: 200px × 200px · Uploaded files will be converted to jpeg.
  • Created By
