This form is used to manage employee data.

Initial focus when creating data
Field Code will receive focus first.
Sorting order
Records are sorted by Code.

General

The general section contains several inputs that end users can populate:

  • Code
    The code input is required.. The code input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
  • Name
    The name input is required.. The name input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
  • Address
  • Position
    The position input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
  • Employee Group
    The employee group input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • This field searches table employeegroup (form Employee Group). Open the dropdown, type a keyword, and pick the desired record.
  • Credit Limit
    The credit limit input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • Enter numeric values into credit limit.
  • Tax
    The tax input is required.. The tax input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • Options are loaded from table taxes (form Tax List). The default value follows the Role User form, but you can choose another item.
  • Taxpayer ID
    The taxpayer id input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
  • Payroll Structure
    The payroll structure input is required.. The payroll structure input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • Options are loaded from table salarystructure (form Salary Structure List). The default value follows the Role User form, but you can choose another item.
  • Active
    The active input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
  • Import Payroll Components
    This input is read-only and only displays data from system..
  • Salary Structure Details
    • Add Salary Structure Details entries via the [+ New] action (or [+] icon on mobile). The dialog that appears contains the fields described in Salary Structure Details.

    • This field captures a date. It defaults to today, and you can select another date from the picker or type it manually.
  • Active Until
    • This field captures a date. It defaults to today, and you can select another date from the picker or type it manually.
  • Religion
    The religion input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • Options are loaded from table religions (form Religion List). The default value follows the Role User form, but you can choose another item.
  • Gender
    The gender input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • Select one of the available options.
    • Available options:
      • Male
      • Female
  • Date of Birth
    The date of birth input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • This field captures a date. It defaults to today, and you can select another date from the picker or type it manually.
  • Image
    • Use this field to add, replace, or delete an image/photo. Images may come from local files, pasted URLs, or the device camera. After the preview appears you can resize or adjust it, then click [Upload image to server] to upload before closing the dialog.
    • Allowed formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .webp · Target size: 200px × 200px · Uploaded files will be converted to jpeg.
  • Used to Log In for Attendance
    The used to log in for attendance input can be used as a filter on the main list form..

  • Password for Login
