Employee Group
This form is used to manage employee group data.
- Application menu
- Purchases → Employee Group
- Database table

id(Code).- User permissions
- Access for this form (create, update, delete, duplicate) can be configured from the General → User Role List menu.
- Initial focus when creating data

- Created ByThis input is read-only and only displays data from system.. The created by input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
- This field shows the user code that created the record and is filled automatically.
- Modified ByThis input is read-only and only displays data from system.. The modified by input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
- This field shows the user code that last modified the record and is filled automatically.
- Last ModifiedThis input is read-only and only displays data from system.. The last modified input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
- This field displays a timestamp that is populated automatically.

- This field searches table employeegroup (form Employee Group). Open the dropdown, type a keyword, and pick the desired record.
- Credit LimitThe credit limit input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
- Enter numeric values into credit limit.
- TaxThe tax input is required.. The tax input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
- Options are loaded from table taxes (form Tax List). The default value follows the Role User form, but you can choose another item.
- Taxpayer IDThe taxpayer id input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
- Payroll StructureThe payroll structure input is required.. The payroll structure input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
- Options are loaded from table salarystructure (form Salary Structure List). The default value follows the Role User form, but you can choose another item.

- This field searches table countries (form Country List). Open the dropdown, type a keyword, and pick the desired record.
- Registration Date
- This field captures a date. It defaults to today, and you can select another date from the picker or type it manually.
- Active Until
- This field captures a date. It defaults to today, and you can select another date from the picker or type it manually.
- ReligionThe religion input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
- Options are loaded from table religions (form Religion List). The default value follows the Role User form, but you can choose another item.
- GenderThe gender input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
- Select one of the available options.

- Date of BirthThe date of birth input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
- This field captures a date. It defaults to today, and you can select another date from the picker or type it manually.
- Image
- Use this field to add, replace, or delete an image/photo. Images may come from local files, pasted URLs, or the device camera. After the preview appears you can resize or adjust it, then click [Upload image to server] to upload before closing the dialog.
- Allowed formats:
.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .webp· Target size: 200px × 200px · Uploaded files will be converted tojpeg.
- Used to Log In for AttendanceThe used to log in for attendance input can be used as a filter on the main list form..If enabled, this employee code can be used to log in for attendance
- Password for LoginThe password for login input is required.. The password for login input can be used as a filter on the main list form..Password to log in with Employee User ID
