This form is used to manage payroll calculation data.

Field Division will receive focus first.
Sorting order
Records are sorted by Code.
Print template
Update the print template for this form via General → Print Layout using Design Group = salariescalcform.
List print template
Adjust the list print layout via General → Print Layout using Design Group = salariescalclist.

Additional Fields

The additional fields section contains several inputs that end users can populate:

  • Division
    The division input is required.. The division input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • Options are loaded from table division (form Division List). The default value follows the Role User form, but you can choose another item.
  • Code
    The code input is required.. The code input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
  • Description
  • From Date
    The from date input is required.. The from date input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • This field captures both date and time. It defaults to the current timestamp and can be adjusted via the picker or typed manually.
  • Until Date
    The until date input is required.. The until date input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • This field captures both date and time. It defaults to the current timestamp and can be adjusted via the picker or typed manually.
  • Employee Group
    The employee group input is required.. The employee group input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • Options are loaded from table employeegroup (form Employee Group). The default value follows the Role User form, but you can choose another item.
  • Offset Account
    The offset account input is required.. The offset account input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • This field searches table account (form Chart of Accounts). Open the dropdown, type a keyword, and pick the desired record.
  • Post This Payroll Calculation
    The post this payroll calculation input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
  • Posting Date
    The posting date input is required.. The posting date input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • This field captures both date and time. It defaults to the current timestamp and can be adjusted via the picker or typed manually.
  • Payroll per Employee
    • Add Payroll per Employee entries via the [+ New] action (or [+] icon on mobile). The dialog that appears contains the fields described in Payroll per Employee.
  • Created By
    This input is read-only and only displays data from system.. The created by input can be used as a filter on the main list form..

    This input is read-only and only displays data from system.. The modified by input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
