Input Grade Data

This form is used to manage input grade data data.

User permissions
Access for this form (create, update, delete, duplicate) can be configured from the General → User Role List menu.
Initial focus when creating data
Field Description will receive focus first.
Sorting order
Records are sorted by Code.
List print template
Adjust the list print layout via General → Print Layout using Design Group = .

Additional Fields

The additional fields section contains several inputs that end users can populate:

  • Description
    The description input is required.. The description input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
  • Teacher
    The teacher input is required.. The teacher input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • Options are loaded from table schoolteacher (form Teacher). The default value follows the Role User form, but you can choose another item.
  • Subclass
    The subclass input is required.. The subclass input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • Options are loaded from schoolsubclass. The default value follows the Role User form, but you can choose another item.
  • Subject
    The subject input is required.. The subject input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • This field searches schoollessonteacher. Open the dropdown, type a keyword, and pick the desired record.
  • Exam Assessment Type
    This input is read-only and only displays data from system.. The exam assessment type input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • Options are loaded from table schoolscoringtype (form Exam Assessment Type). The default value follows the Role User form, but you can choose another item.
  • Learning Period
    The learning period input is required.. The learning period input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • Options are loaded from table schoolperiod (form Learning Period). The default value follows the Role User form, but you can choose another item.
  • Subject Exam
    The subject exam input is required.. The subject exam input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • Options are loaded from table schoolexam (form Subject Exam). The default value follows the Role User form, but you can choose another item.
  • Student Grade Details
    • Add Student Grade Details entries via the [+ New] action (or [+] icon on mobile). The dialog that appears contains the fields described in Student Grade Details.
  • Created By
    This input is read-only and only displays data from system.. The created by input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • This field shows the user code that created the record and is filled automatically.
  • Modified By
    This input is read-only and only displays data from system.. The modified by input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • This field shows the user code that last modified the record and is filled automatically.
  • Last Modified
    This input is read-only and only displays data from system.. The last modified input can be used as a filter on the main list form..
    • This field displays a timestamp that is populated automatically.
